What we collect, and what we do with it.

Information you send us

If you use the note form on the contact page, we receive the name, email address, and any organization, role, subject, and message you choose to include. We use that information only to reply to you and to carry on the conversation you started.

If you email us directly, we hold that correspondence in our ordinary business email.

What we don't do

We do not sell your information, rent it, or share it with anyone for marketing. We do not add you to a mailing list because you contacted us. We do not run advertising trackers on this site.

This website

This site sets no cookies of its own and runs no analytics, advertising, or tracking scripts. Web fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, so your browser makes a request to Google when a page loads. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, which can include IP addresses and request details, for security and reliability.

To limit automated abuse of the note form, the server briefly keeps an in-memory count of recent submissions per network address. It is not stored beyond that short window.

Where the form goes

A submitted note is emailed to us through our email delivery provider. The site keeps no database of enquiries; the message lives in our business email once it arrives. Until form delivery is configured, the form tells you plainly that nothing was sent and asks you to email us instead.

Scheduling

We do not currently use an online scheduling service, and no third-party scheduling code runs on this site. Conversations are arranged by email after you send a note. If we add a scheduler, this page will name the provider before it goes live.

Keeping and deleting information

Enquiry correspondence stays in our business email for as long as it is useful to the relationship. Write to us and we will delete it and confirm when that is done.
