About

A practice built by people who have held the jobs.

Springboard brings together Lior Spring's experience across nonprofit operations, fundraising, communications, governance, and family philanthropy with Myron's executive-coaching perspective. The practice is built on a simple belief: effective nonprofit leadership requires both emotional intelligence and operational discipline.

What it is like to work with us

Clear about who is responsible
Every proposal names the people involved, what they will do, and when you will hear from them.
Candid about the problem
If we believe the organization is not ready, or that the problem is different from the one first described, we will say so early.
Specific about the engagement
Scope, timeline, responsibilities, and fee are agreed in writing before the work begins.

Lior Spring

Founder & Principal

Lior has been the executive who ran the organization, the fundraiser who raised the money, the communicator who told the story, the chair who governed it, and the grantmaker who decided where the money went.

Lior Spring has spent more than two decades in nonprofit work, across executive leadership, fundraising, communications, programming, grantmaking, and family philanthropy. Her career spans New York City and Jacksonville, Florida, and it has put her on both sides of nearly every conversation a nonprofit leader has to have: asking for the money, deciding where it goes, and answering for the results.

Her view of why organizations struggle is a plain one: leading well takes high emotional intelligence, and it also takes being incredibly organized and diligent. Most organizations have one without the other.
