Lior Spring has spent more than two decades in nonprofit work, across executive leadership, fundraising, communications, programming, grantmaking, and family philanthropy. Her career spans New York City and Jacksonville, Florida, and it has put her on both sides of nearly every conversation a nonprofit leader has to have: asking for the money, deciding where it goes, and answering for the results.

From 2021 to 2026, Lior served as Director of Social Impact for the Miller Families, where she implemented the Together Strong Community Fund. Her experience also includes serving as interim executive director of Congregation Ahavath Chesed, chair of the Jewish Community Alliance Board of Trustees after earlier service as vice chair and treasurer, and board service with United Way of Northeast Florida and the University of North Florida Foundation, including its Grants Committee.

Her approach rests on a plain view: leading well takes high emotional intelligence, and it also takes being incredibly organized and diligent.

Myron Flagler brings experience leading a nonprofit organization, advising boards, and coaching nonprofit executives. He served for 21 years as Executive Director of the Jewish Community Alliance in Jacksonville. Since retiring from the JCA, he has consulted nationally on strategic thinking and planning and coached nonprofit CEOs.

A professionally trained executive and community coach, Myron assists nonprofits with board development, fundraising, and strategic positioning. His background also includes work as an elementary school teacher and principal, service on the board of the Jewish Community Center Association of North America, and participation in the inaugural Mandel Executive Israel Fellows Program.

Myron earned bachelor’s and master’s degrees from the University of Massachusetts and a C.S.S. in Business Management from Harvard University. He received ONEJAX’s Silver Medallion Humanitarian Award.
